Feb. 26: Fight The Attacks on Our Freedoms

On Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 -- the same day the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the special interest-funded lawsuit, Janus v. AFSCME Council 31 -- we will stand up for the freedom of working people to join together in strong unions.

That's when Council 4 is co-sponsoring noon rallies in Hartford and New Haven. Union rallies are also scheduled for the same date and time in Stamford and Storrs.

There’s a lot at stake in the Supreme Court's decision in the Janus v. AFSCME Council 31 lawsuit. It’s going to take the "U & I in Union" to protect our freedoms and our futures.

We know it's short notice — but we also knew you would want to be part of the rallies in two weeks if you are able to join us.

P.S. -- Our national AFSCME union is sponsoring a Working People's Day of Action in selected cities throughout the nation. The New York City Rally is the closest event. Click here for more information.
