Faculty and staff at Connecticut's public colleges and universities are calling attention to the real costs of political disinvestment in higher education. The current challenges facing public higher education professionals, from unfair contract proposals, to workforce reductions and increased workloads, to proposed campus "consolidations," demand action. That's why union members are uniting with their students and advocates to move system bureaucrats and politicians to fund Connecticut's future.

WHERE: Gather at the New Haven Green, located at 250 Temple Street in New Haven (parking available in the Gateway and Temple Street Garages); march to Gateway Community College for a press conference
