Council 4 Local Presidents Plus 1 meetings are scheduled for 12:00 noon and at 5:00 PM at the downstairs meeting room.

These meetings are for Local Union Presidents and their designees. Please check with your Council 4 Local Union leadership about attending.

Light lunch and dinner will be provided at both meetings. You do not have to attend both meetings.

Join our allies at the Connecticut Roundtable on Climate and Jobs for their Spring Roundtable Gathering to reflect on the legislative session and discuss what’s next in their Green New Deal organizing for climate action, job creation, and equity.

There will be a light meal available at 6:00pm, and the program is scheduled for 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

Council 4 will be closed in observance of the state and federal Independence Day holiday.

Regular meeting of delegates to the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), which includes local unions in Council 4 representing CT state workers. 

Council 4 will be closed in honor of the State and Federal Memorial Day Holiday.

Hold the date for Council 4's annual Legislative Lobby Day at the State Capitol in Hartford, CT.

We will hear from state legislators about the latest developments and we will lobby lawmakers about key bills affecting our jobs, our rights and our livelihoods.
