Steps of the grievance process. You will be provided with tools and guidance that will assist you while representing members. Areas of review: what to include on grievance forms, grievance fact sheet, grievance tracking sheet, past practice, and more. If you are new to handling grievances or brushing up on your skills, this class is for you.
All trainings are through Zoom. Shortly after registration is received you will receive a Zoom invitation specific to your selected training(s).
