Special elections will be held Feb. 28 to fill vacancies created by the death of Rep. Quentin Williams, (House District 100 - Middletown), and the resignations of Rep. Dan Fox, (House District 148- Stamford), and Rep. Edwin Vargas Jr., (House District 6 - Hartford)
