CT For All will launch their Equity Agenda for this year's legislative session on Jan 14 at 10 AM at the CT Legislative Office Building (300 Capitol Ave, Hartford). CT For All is a statewide coalition that Council 4 is a part of in addition to more than 60 community, faith, labor, and nonprofit advocacy organizations representing hundreds of thousands of people. Their mission is to eliminate systemic inequalities by enacting progressive revenue policies to fully fund the vital programs and services that allow all Connecticut residents to thrive.

What: Announcing their Equity Agenda for 2025 Legislative Session
Why: For too long, policies have benefited the ultra wealthy and corporations. Our Equity Agenda is a step in the right direction. We need to invest in programs that will address generational poverty and racism, invest in working people, reject the corporatization of government, and prioritize democracy and government transparency.
