Recognizing that so-called "lunchbox issues" bind us together, Council 4 has created a working group of local union leaders and members that will develop ways to address the concerns of conservative members and amplify our voice at the legislature and in the public.

The Council 4 Conservative Caucus will meet at our headquarters in New Britain. A light dinner will be served.
