Hundreds of thousands of people across the state are suffering from intertwining crises over the last year, which have exposed and exacerbated longstanding systemic inequalities in Connecticut. Join Recovery for All CT for a May Day action in front of the Governor’s Mansion to demand that Gov. Lamont pass a budget that repairs our broken tax structure, makes a dramatic investment in our communities and lays the foundation for rebuilding a better and more equitable Connecticut.

WHEN: Saturday, May 1 at Noon

WHERE: Governor's Mansion (990 Prospect Ave., Hartford)  *On-street parking is available around the Mansion. Shuttle to the Mansion leaves at 11:45 am from parking lot at the Board of Regents (61 Woodland Street, Hartford).


WHO: Recovery for All CT is a statewide coalition of labor, community, and faith organizations that are united in a long-term mission to eliminate the extreme inequalities in this state and build a more just, democratic, and egalitarian Connecticut!. AFSCME Council 4 is a member of the coalition.

WHY: Demand a budget is passed that repairs our broken tax structure, makes a dramatic investment in our communities and lays the foundation for rebuilding a better and more equitable Connecticut.
