Effective DECEMBER 22, 2020, Council 4's headquarters in New Britain is CLOSED until further notice due to COVID-19 health emergency.

Council 4 is committed to protecting the health of staff, members and visitors. We have been providing excellent service to our Locals and Chapters through a combination of technology and socially distanced in-person meetings. As the situation evolves, we will review our office protocols as necessary to ensure everyone’s safety.
