Useful Bargaining Links

Thanks to the efforts of labor unions like AFSCME Council 4, workers in Connecticut are protected by, and have access to, statutory rights under law. This is no accident. Whether it's the state union coalition agreement that is the basis for our health care and pension benefits, the Connecticut Partnership 2.0 (which enables cities and towns to participate in the state health care plan), or the Connecticut Municipal Employee Retirement System (CMERS), union members have been central to making our state a stronger and better place for workers.

The following links are designed to help you find some of the laws, rights and programs that protect workers and define our collective bargaining rights.
