Middletown Police Officer Matt Silvestrini, member of AFSCME Local 1361, has been battling a very aggressive form of brain cancer for which there is no cure. On Saturday at Moody Elementary School, parents and staff are hosting a donation drive to support Matt's family and help with medical expenses
