State Employee News: July 2014 Raises In Effect


The 3% General Wage Increase (GWI) for state employees went into effect on July 1, 2014. Members should see this increase with their check on July 24, 2014. Scroll down for more information relevant to your bargaining unit as well as useful links.

NP-3 Administrative Clerical (Locals 318, 355, 478, 538, 562, 610, 704 & 714)

  • Contract 7/1/2006-6/30/2016
  • Wage Increase - 3% - effective 7/1/2014 - check date 7/25/2014
  • Annual Increments - check date 1/24/2014 for January anniversary date and check date 7/25/2014 for July anniversary date
  • Lump Sum Payment for maximum step - check date 1/24/2014 for January anniversary date and check date 7/25/2014 for July anniversary date
  • EMT Skill Premium - $400 - check date 12/12/2014

NP-4 Corrections (Locals 387, 391 & 1565):

  • Contract 7/1/2011-6/30/2016
